FOXDALE REFORMED CONFERENCE

• The Foxdale Reformed Conference, (FRC), is a ministry of Foxdale Reformed Baptist Church, Foxdale, Lusaka.
• The primary aim of the conference is to arm and equip the church at Foxdale in the work of its ministry.
• This year's Theme is Personal Eschatology.

SATURDAY TOPICS

• 9:30 - 10:00:- Keynote Address – Pastor Kasango Kayombo shall set the theme's tone highlighting its significance in the Church of The Lord Jesus Christ.

•  10:10 - 10:40:- The Old And New Testament On Personal Eschatology – Pastor Pooyan Mershahi shall unfold personal eschatology in the Old and New Testaments, showing its presence in Scripture.

•  10:50 - 11:20:- Personal Eschatology and General Eschatology Distinguished – Pastor  Clement Kaunda shall clarify & frame the distinctions and interconnections between personal eschatology (the end of an individual's life) and general eschatology (the end of the cosmic age).

•  11:30 AM - 12:00:- Examining Erroneous Views on Personal Eschatology – Pastor Pooyan Mershahi shall critically examine and refute common misconceptions regarding personal eschatology.

•  13:15 - 13:45:- Living In The Light of Our First Day In Heaven – Pastor Wezi Kaonga shall offer a practical and edifying address on how our hope of  heaven shapes our lives and walk with Christ.

•  14:00 - 14:35:- The Implication of Personal Eschatology for Individual Churches – Pastor Pooyan Mershahi shall conclude the conference with a view on the impact and practical implications of personal eschatology on the ministry of churches.

• 14:00 - 14:30:-  Is The Lord’s Day Still Binding on Believers Today? – Pastor Mershahi shall explore the relevance and obligation of observing the Lord's Day  and the biblical basis for it.

• 14:40 - 15:10:- Is The Book of Revelation a Difficult Book to Understand? – Pastor Maura shall address common perceptions of the Book of Revelation, insights into its interpretation and how it can be approached for greater clarity.

• 15:20 - 15:50:- Are Churches Free to Choose Their Own Way of Worship? – Pastor Mershahi shall discuss worship in the church, and whether the churches can have latitude in worship.

FRIDAY SEMINARS

• 14:00 - 14:30:- Should Christians Drink Alcohol in The Modern Church? – Pastor Kaunda shall engage with the debate on alcohol consumption among Christians, exploring biblical teaching and practical considerations for the Christian.

• 14:40 - 15:10:- Biblical Reasons for An Amillennial View of Eschatology – Pastor Kayombo shall present biblical arguments supporting an amillennial eschatological view, offering a robust defense of a Reformed view.

• 15:20 - 15:50:- Has The Spirit of Worldliness Crept into Reformed Baptist Circles? – Pastor Maura shall address the worldliness within Reformed Baptist circles while reflecting on  biblical distinctiveness.
